Ready-to-ship items are currently processed in 2-5 business days, and made-to-order items are processed in 3-7 business days. Your package should be delivered within 1-2 weeks of placing your order.

Unless otherwise noted, your order will be delivered via USPS Ground Advantage, which usually takes 3-5 business days for delivery. Tracking number for your shipment will be provided.

I am not liable once the package is transferred to the carrier. Please make sure you provide the correct shipping address. I will ship to the address provided at checkout and am not responsible for lost, damaged, stolen, or delayed packages or delivery errors.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURN POLICY

If you'd like to return an item, contact me within 3 days of delivery and please ship items back within 7 days of delivery.

Shipping costs will not be refunded and will be deducted from the refund.

Processing fees are deducted from the final refund amount since it is nonrefundable.

Custom or personalized orders and gift cards cannot be returned.

Final sale or clearance items cannot be returned.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept one exchange per order. Only items that are unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with the labels attached to the product, can be returned.

If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact me within 3 days of delivery and ship items back within 7 days of delivery. (We recommend USPS First Class Package that includes tracking info).

Custom or personalized orders and gift cards cannot be exchanged.

Final sale or clearance items cannot be exchanged.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs as well as the additional shipping cost of the new item, if applicable.

Upon receipt of the return, a store credit promo code will be provided, which could be applied to the new order

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY

If there is suspected fraudulent activity or transactions due to inconsistencies in order information and we are unable to verify said information, we have the right to cancel and refund such transactions minus the processing fees that are nonrefundable.

TAXES
Applicable taxes will be applied at checkout.

Clothing (ex. bibs, hats, shoes) is non-taxable in PA.

For items such as loveys that are taxable, PA residents will be charged 6% PA sales tax and Allegheny county residents will be charged 7% sales tax.
